Medical Claims Examiner
This position is a senior level position for individuals with a minimum of three years experience processing medical and dental claims. The Benefit Administrator is responsible for analyzing, and adjudicating medical, dental, and vision claims in accordance with contract provisions up to a designated authority limit.

Candidate must possess excellent technical claims knowledge of routine and complex medical, dental, and vision claims and working knowledge of claims terminology/practices. The right candidate should have the ability to utilize and understand reference manuals and resources, read and understand contracts, Summary Plan Description and be very familiar with Healthcare Reform provision. He/she must also be experienced with processing electronic and manual claims.

Educational Requirements: High School graduate at a minimum with strong mathematical skills. Proficient in written and verbal communication to handle complex troublesome correspondence and telephone contacts. Computer experience and typing accuracy of 95% and 10 key by touch.
Salary commensurate with the level of experience.
